Fase #1: Done

David and my dad, hard at work. My dad made the pickets with recycled wood. It took quite some time as he made them one by one and then put them all together. Then began the hard work of putting them up. And not even to mention the paint work! David and I made turns painting the different coats, we still need to do one more coat on the pickets around the tree and then that's done!

Oh, it looks so yummy...and edible!

Dogboxstudio has proven to be more popular as a mobile studio (which is understandable in the photography of pets). That is why we have come to the decision to convert the studio into a little shop:)

DOGBOXSTUDIO now open!

Just look at our pretty little "box"... DOGBOXSTUDIO is a small studio/shop. We specialize in pet photography because our pets also deserve a spot on the "frame-wall".

Oh, just look at the pretty gray-scale bunting I made for DOGBOXSTUDIO! They're hanging pretty in one of the oldest trees in Hermanus. So if you're in the area, swing by Victoria Square, Hermanus and bring your beloved pet for a portrait and some good memories :)

*WODAC EXPO*

Wow! World Of Dogs And Cats, what a great Expo-weekend! DOGBOXSTUDIO was there to share in the fun. What an awesome turnout!

Here, David and I are hard at work...setting up and getting ready for the big event<3 DOGBOXSTUDIO offers specialized Pet photography, personalized greeting cards, button badges and more cool things your heart will desire... Oh, aren't these two director's chairs great? I made them from Old Blue Jeans... seriously, I did!

Ewan Strydom(and his wife, Adrienn) from the Expresso morning show, won the Celebrity Challenge with this cute Shetland Sheepdog.

I've never seen so many different breeds of cats and dogs together in one place. There were big ones, small ones, furry ones and even hairless ones.

OH MY! I nearly forgot about Rommel! South Africa's own celebrity dog, the Toyota Boxer also made an appearance at the Expo this weekend!!!
